📋 Description
• Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical support • Monitor, analyze, and optimize integrations to meet established targets and KPIs • Investigate and resolve exchange integration issues and discrepancies • Escalate bugs to Engineering and Product Management teams • Create SQL-based internal dashboards and complex reports for business departments and Product Management • Prepare custom reporting API specifications for partners • Perform manual testing of new features and logic changes • Debug and troubleshoot ad display issues on direct and external publishers’ websites across desktop and web environments • Adjust ad formats and styles to improve user experience and profitability • Communicate with partners and internal managers regarding technical issues
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise with SQL syntax • Expertise with MongoDB • Expertise with GET and POST requests • Expertise with terminal and command-line tools • Knowledge of Programmatic and oRTB is a plus • Experience with Chrome DevTools and Postman is a plus • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus • Intermediate English level (B1 or higher)
