📋 Description

• Lead and manage all Human Resources functions for the organization. • Develop and implement HR strategies that support MicroTech's business goals and long-term growth. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management. • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and best practices. • Monitor changes in employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance. • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action. • Lead sensitive employee relations matters while ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance. • Oversee performance review processes and support leadership in employee development and succession planning. • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, engagement, and professional growth. • Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives. • Assist with leadership development, employee training, onboarding, and retention strategies. • Develop programs that support employee engagement, recognition, and career development. • Analyze workforce metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness. • Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable laws. • Support internal and external audits related to Human Resources and government contracting requirements. • Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, HRIS administration (Paychex), and personnel documentation. • Ensure timely processing of personnel actions and employment-related documentation. • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency. • Develop and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for executive leadership. • Provide direct leadership, coaching, development, and performance management for the Human Resources Generalist. • Delegate responsibilities appropriately while ensuring high-quality and timely execution of HR operations. • Foster collaboration and continuous professional development within the Human Resources team. • Establish priorities and ensure effective workload management across the HR function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. • Minimum of 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. • Experience supporting a government contractor or similarly regulated environment is preferred. • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
