📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States • Previous experience in intake coordination, customer service, call center support, client relations, healthcare administration, legal intake, or a similar role preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software • Reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
