• This role, Accounting Manager / Client Controller , is responsible for key contributions to Mighty Financial's mission and service delivery. • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and service excellence. • Maintain accurate records and support strategic initiatives. • Execute key responsibilities aligned with team and company priorities. • Achieve performance targets relevant to the role. • Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. • Contribute to team collaboration and customer satisfaction metrics. • KPIs are defined during onboarding and reviewed quarterly.
• Efficiently use QuickBooks Online • Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders (both written and verbal) • Successfully contribute to a growing organization in a remote work environment • Confidently present and discuss financial performance • Tactfully challenge clients and managers when appropriate from time to time • Relevant experience or credentials for the role. (ie: QBO Certification; Accounting Degree, etc.) • Proven skills aligned with the job function. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
