📋 Description

• Review machine-translated content • Post-edit content according to specified guidelines • Ensure translations are correct and comprehensible within the mechanical engineering and robotics domains • Complete a 30-minute to 1-hour linguistic skills test if shortlisted • Write a short application paragraph explaining suitability for the position

🎯 Requirements

• Openness to AI-ruled workflows and reviewing machine translation and large language model outputs • Reliability and attention to detail; ability to thoroughly read and follow workflow guidelines • Proficient in English at least C1 • Native speaker of German (Germany) or French (France) • Subject matter expertise in mechanical engineering or robotics • Students and early-career professionals are welcome • Flexibility adapting to new technologies, tools, and ways of working • Ability to provide constructive feedback to improve processes and workflows • Windows operating system • Mac users must own software allowing a genuine Windows OS to run side-by-side with macOS • CAT tools knowledge is a plus • Prior machine translation post-editing workflow experience is helpful but not required • Willingness to learn new technologies and workflows • Must complete a short test if shortlisted, using memoQ CAT tool or memoQWeb
