📋 Description

• Implement new features in JavaScript • Debug and fix defects • Adjust calculation logic when business requirements change • Extend and improve reports and evaluations • Coordinate with the business unit • Regularly present results to the client — remotely via MS Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong JavaScript skills • Enjoy working into and understanding existing codebases • Meticulous work style — your results are used in real workforce/personnel planning • Confident presence in client meetings — able to present your results clearly via Teams, including to non-technical stakeholders • German at least C1 (spoken and written) — the project is conducted entirely in German • Nice to have, but not required: experience with older JavaScript (without frameworks), experience with the ARIS REST API, knowledge of business process modeling
