📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models in Revit and related platforms to support construction planning and execution • Assist with model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews in coordination with design and construction teams • Support project teams with model-based problem solving and visualization • Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, superintendents, and designers to align BIM deliverables with project needs • Prepare model views, animations, and visualizations for internal reviews, client presentations, and construction planning meetings • Support BIM execution plans (BEPs) and model standards across projects • Maintain model accuracy, organization, and data integrity in accordance with established BIM standards • Assist with model handoffs, file management, and documentation • Stay current on BIM workflows, tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a BIM or Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) role • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit • Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks Manage (or similar) • Understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
