📋 Description

• Design and ship AI agent systems end to end using Claude. • Build MCP connectors for platforms. • Use Claude Code in your daily engineering workflow. • Develop prompts and rubrics with eval sets. • Audit current automations for AI upgrade opportunities. • Propose and implement AI upgrades to existing workflows. • Write production-grade code in Python and TypeScript / JavaScript. • Set up observability for logging and monitoring. • Continuously audit MDS workflows for opportunities. • Partner with the Tech Lead and other specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong Python and TypeScript / JavaScript. • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Claude. • At least one shipped project involving an LLM agent or MCP. • Modern web development basics. • API and webhook infrastructure. • Engineering hygiene: Git, code review, testing, environments, observability. • Familiarity with our internal tooling: Airtable, Go High Level, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack. • Automation platform fluency (Make, Zapier, or equivalent). • English (written and verbal) at a level where you can write documentation. • Proactive and ownership-driven.
