• Providing technical advice and support to sales opportunities • Engaging with technical contacts in customer and reseller partner organizations • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to senior customer contacts • Writing formal RFP response documents and preparing strategic implementation plans • Supporting more complex solutions and overseeing implementation and success of pre-sales proof-of-concepts
• Experience in a technical and/or sales engineering role • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with networking and security technologies and services • Hands-on technical knowledge across relevant cybersecurity domains (email security, insider risk/DLP, security awareness, endpoint, identity) • Understanding of spam, viruses and email security and Internet based threats • Knowledge of email archiving solutions and archiving business drivers • An understanding of email management and security/archiving solutions • Experience with the design, management and maintenance of typical collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365 • Experience in consultative selling of complex services • Experience with SaaS based solutions • Flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills and disciplines • Experience of operating in an indirect sales environment is beneficial
