• Managing all customers in Belgium and Netherlands • Maintain the leadership position in Belgium • Develop the Netherland markets • Developing sales strategies to drive value proposition, revenue growth, expertise and increase profitability • Maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships • Preparing sales proposals • Negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers • Managing all sales-related processes • Monitoring and analysing the market • Budget planning for sales activities and monitoring variances between forecasts and actual results
• Master’s degree with a major in business development and engineering • Native Dutch or Flemish required and very efficient in English • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational or technical sales Civil Engineering Machinery is a plus and Deep Foundation Machinery is the Must. • Excellent technical understanding and strategic approach to work • Team spirit and interpersonal skills • High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure • Effective communication at all levels.
