• Build and manage a team of Product & Services Marketing Managers and a Community Manager • Consolidate market trends and competitive intelligence across EMEA. • Lead voice-of-customer initiatives and develop a deep understanding of key industries. • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging. Contribute to structuring and packaging offers. • Build and execute multichannel GTM plans in partnership with Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. • Support sales enablement with tailored materials. • Define and monitor key metrics, set up feedback loops, and communicate results internally to influence the roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field • 8+ years of experience in product launches, product marketing management, or go-to-market strategy • Deep knowledge or strong interest in the AEC, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing industries. • Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills. • Competent in competitive analysis, market research, and enablement skills. • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. • Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, WordPress), business management tools (NetSuite, Airtable), and collaborative tools (Miro). • Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must. Other European languages are a plus. • Collaborative leadership, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, customer-centric, and results-oriented.
