📋 Description

• Support go-live activities for hospital monitoring systems installed and tested by a senior System Implementation Specialist (SIS) • Perform system installations, add-ons, and updates according to project plans, site surveys, and customer requirements • Verify that systems meet Mindray performance and quality specifications through post-installation testing • Respond on-site to complex issues beyond the scope of local service representatives, ensuring timely resolution • Document all service and installation activities in compliance with Mindray administrative and quality policies, including MDR and field corrections • Coordinate and execute system updates and configuration changes as needed • Participate in continuous training to develop advanced technical, networking, and project management skills for career advancement to SIS.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal technical training (via school, military, or equivalent experience) • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and IT networking systems • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications • Strong troubleshooting and technical repair abilities for monitoring systems • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and teamwork orientation • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
