• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan focused on competitive conversions and revenue growth • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across assigned hospitals and surgery centers • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluations • Collaborate daily with cross-functional EST members • Lead post-sale efforts by coordinating installations, in-services, and customer satisfaction initiatives • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders • Contribute to regional and national strategic initiatives • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Proven success in capital or medical equipment sales • Strong cold-calling, pipeline management, and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to build trust and navigate complex decision-making processes within hospitals • High energy, strategic thinking, and self-motivation • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM tools • Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across multiple divisions
