📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual assets for the Tendem project and real-world use cases • Design distinctive professional logos and visual identity concepts based on brand requirements and creative briefs • Explore and develop multiple logo directions using conceptual thinking • Apply branding principles consistently across different assets and formats • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies • Design reusable social media templates, marketing materials, and one-pagers • Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition • Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery • Complete qualification processes and contribute to projects aligned with skills • Work independently across diverse visual design tasks during active project phases

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development • Portfolio should include relevant graphic design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design cases will not be considered • Ability to create original logo concepts and translate brand ideas into effective visual solutions • Experience with social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers valued • Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems • Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented approach • Ability to work independently and solve visual challenges • Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through polished final execution • Strong understanding of brand identity principles, including typography, color, visual language, consistency, and practical application across formats • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive, relevant, and visually effective concepts • Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition • Proven ability to structure information through modern infographics and social media templates • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma • Ability to switch between one-pagers and digital templates, adapting to medium constraints • Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously • CV must be submitted in English • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required • Tasks estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
