📋 Description

• Create high-quality web designs for real-world use cases for the Tendem project • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from textual copy, outlines, or existing drafts • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components for developer or no-code implementation • Prepare and securely package production-ready files, including organizing Figma frames, exporting assets, and detailing specifications • Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery • Own the look and feel of web-based materials and align them with the broader brand ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio heavily focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers • Clear hierarchy and strong typography demonstrated in portfolio • Experience working from rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems • User-centric, conversion-minded approach • Ability to work independently • Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems • Expertise in structuring high-converting, pitch-style landing pages • Understanding of preparing, specifying, and packaging digital assets for implementation via developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends • Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly • Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency or above is required • CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant web design cases will not be considered • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related creative/technical fields is a plus
