• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation design and administration, preferably in manufacturing or construction industry. • Experience with various compensation plan structures (e.g., quota-based, commission-only, hybrid). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, compensation software, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and regulations. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
