📋 Description

• Develop solutions and agents based on natural language models (LLMs) for application in the company’s products, processes, and services; • Perform fine-tuning and customization of pre-trained models; • Design and implement data pipelines for model training and evaluation, including preprocessing, tokenization, and dataset curation; • Integrate generative AI models into corporate systems, APIs, and business workflows, driving automation and value generation; • Explore and apply RAG techniques, embeddings, and hybrid architectures when required; • Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics; • Propose continuous improvements to systems, pursuing innovations and development best practices; • Collaborate with development, data, and product teams to ensure robust, secure solutions aligned with business needs;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or master's in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cognitive Computing (desirable); • Knowledge of language models, including their limitations and capabilities; • Proficiency in Python; • Familiarity with the AI model lifecycle: from development to deployment and monitoring; • Proficiency with version control tools; • Strong communication skills to explain technical approaches to non-technical audiences; • Experience developing REST APIs in Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.); • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and web services; • Experience with integrations involving WhatsApp; • Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and on-premises environments; • Minimum of 3 years' experience working on AI projects applied to real-world use cases (not limited to generative AI); • Knowledge of Docker container orchestration; • English – Advanced level; • Spanish – Intermediate level.
