📋 Description

• Active participation in all phases of software development projects: identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and defining scope; • Monitoring and reporting project progress, validating proposed solutions, training users, and providing support for questions about the developed product; • Maintain continuous contact with client areas to gain a deep understanding of their methods and processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement related to IT products to support continuous improvement; • Be able to question and engage coherently and constructively with client teams (Analysts, Coordinators, and Managers) to contribute to project scope definition, critically evaluating incoming requests to ensure the sustainability of previously implemented processes; • Translate business needs into technological/system development solutions; • Have comprehensive knowledge of the systems and solutions developed to answer technical and usage-related questions, ensuring that all solutions are documented and that the necessary training is provided for correct use by the involved teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; • Ability to prepare executive presentations with clear and concise storytelling, contributing progress and results reports in multidisciplinary forums; • Strong communication and argumentation skills; • Critical, system-oriented view of processes; • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); • Preferred: Programming languages: basic knowledge of data structures / SQL; • Preferred: English - Native/Fluent level; • Preferred: Spanish - Advanced level.
