📋 Description

‱ You coach and guide other designers through regular critique, 1:1 mentorship, and paired work. ‱ You represent the user while driving alignment across teams. ‱ You use design thinking to move through customer interviews, problem statements, solution hypotheses, rapid prototypes, and high-fidelity designs efficiently. ‱ You facilitate design workshops for cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with product leadership and other UX designers. ‱ Influence UX Design direction based on quantitative and qualitative user research techniques. ‱ Contribute to a scalable design system that drives platform consistency across all user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years of experience in a UX Design role ‱ A portfolio that clearly shows your ability to lead design strategy, elevate product quality, and mentor others ‱ Strong communication and facilitation skills in design contexts (critiques, discussions, and presentations) ‱ Experience building and scaling design systems in SaaS or multi-user environments ‱ Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research techniques and the ability to leverage data to make and measure decisions. ‱ Experience working with diverse stakeholders and teams including Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Engineering ‱ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to host design critiques and present your work to partners and stakeholders. ‱ A desire to share work early and often, learning from mistakes with humility while seeking out expertise to continuously improve your practice.
