📋 Description

• You coach and guide other designers through regular critique, 1:1 mentorship, and paired work. • You represent the user while driving alignment across teams. • You use design thinking to move through customer interviews, problem statements, solution hypotheses, rapid prototypes, and high-fidelity designs efficiently. • You facilitate design workshops for cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with product leadership and other UX designers. • Influence UX Design direction based on quantitative and qualitative user research techniques. • Contribute to a scalable design system that drives platform consistency across all user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a UX Design role • A portfolio that clearly shows your ability to lead design strategy, elevate product quality, and mentor others • Strong communication and facilitation skills in design contexts (critiques, discussions, and presentations) • Experience building and scaling design systems in SaaS or multi-user environments • Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research techniques and the ability to leverage data to make and measure decisions. • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and teams including Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Engineering • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to host design critiques and present your work to partners and stakeholders. • A desire to share work early and often, learning from mistakes with humility while seeking out expertise to continuously improve your practice.
