• Responsible for researching and identifying best in class partners to add value to the Ministry Brands partner ecosystem and client offering specific to accounting, payments, and channel partnerships • Responsible for negotiating best possible win-win relationships with partners, providing ongoing revenue opportunities and value-added functionality for clients • Work with key stakeholders to nurture and iteratively strengthen partnerships; coordinating and overseeing collaboration between sales, marketing and success teams • Develop and implement effective partner offering positioning strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights • Help to build payment bundles to be offered in collaboration with other Ministry Brands offerings • Lead and execute commercialization and go-to-market plans for payment solution product launches and feature updates • Work with leadership to provide accurate and achievable goals for measuring success of partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience in partners/alliances, business development, or similar roles in a B2B environment • 5+ years of experience in working within fintech environments, including payfacs, and merchant banking • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to develop win/win agreements that drive results • Outstanding analytical capabilities and attention to detail – constantly analyzing results and seeking continuous improvement • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and navigate complexities in a rapidly growing environment.
