📋 Description

• Work closely with General Managers, Corporate Office and your team to set up, establish and drive the hotels' financial performance • Develop and implement innovative marketing and communication ideas • Develop rapports with key media and international media agencies • Build and develop the hotels' sales and marketing leadership in geographic assignment • Inspire, coach and manage the marketing team and ensure brand standards are respected • Oversee implementation of marketing and PR strategies and monitor competitor marketing and PR activities • Monitor and implement social media strategy and e-Communications • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners • Maintain a consistent brand image across sales, PR, marketing and MarCom activities • Oversee implementation of brand strategy and brand standards at hotel level and implement corrective measures • Manage all brand, advertising and marketing, creative and media buying and direct third party agencies • Identify sponsorship and promotional opportunities and manage strategic business alliances • Liaise regularly with property General Managers and Department Heads and communicate with all levels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (International degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce) • MBA • 3+ years of international marketing and communications experience • Previous experience as Director of Marketing in a luxurious hotel brand or agency background • Experience managing brand, advertising, creative and media buying • Experience managing third party agencies • Experience with e-Communications and social media strategy • Ability to build relationships with key media, international media agencies and industry influencers • Strong leadership, ability to inspire and coach team and ensure brand standards
