📋 Description

• Operate and monitor batch workflows in Control-M (Mainframe), ensuring SLA compliance. • Quickly identify and resolve failures (abends), including analysis, fixes, release and reprocessing (restart/rerun). • Perform quick program analyses to identify root causes and execution parameters. • Perform maintenance and adjustments in JCL and COBOL/DB2 programs (steps, DDs, parameters, datasets, conditionals and return codes). • Adjust and validate SYSINs (cards and execution parameters). • Analyze and modify COBOL/JCL programs, following formal change control processes when applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Control-M in Mainframe environments (dependencies, rerun/restart and troubleshooting). • Proficiency in JCL and SYSIN manipulation. • Experience troubleshooting failures in TSO/ISPF environments. • Practical knowledge of batch processing (return codes/steps, datasets such as GDG/VSAM). • Experience with mission-critical environments and high-volume processing. • Availability to work shifts (evening/overnight) and weekends (rotating schedule).
