📋 Description

• Participate in a global project to deliver commercial tools across the countries where Banco Santander operates • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible web applications with a focus on high usability and performance • Ensure code quality through practices such as automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and continuous professional growth • Actively contribute to the definition of standards, processes, and development best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of distributed microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs • Experience developing Java Spring Boot microservices and working with Apache Kafka • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript • Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Angular • Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, and web performance • Familiarity with build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (Jest, Cypress, JUnit) • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Familiarity with collaborative tools (Jira and Confluence) • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Proactivity • Organization • Critical thinking • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Continuous learning • Previous experience developing software for large financial institutions • English required; advanced Spanish is desirable
