📋 Description

• Map, review and standardize corporate processes, proposing improvements and defining performance indicators (KPIs). • Monitor the application and compliance of the Lei do Bem (Brazilian tax incentives for innovation) within the company: support in identifying eligible projects, document control, internal audits and preparation of information for accounting/consulting. • Support project and PDSA teams in implementing methodologies (PDCA/PDSA), defining scope, schedules, metrics and progress reports. • Create and maintain templates, flowcharts, tracking sheets and dashboards for continuous monitoring. • Conduct training and alignment sessions for teams on processes, governance and Lei do Bem requirements. • Support risk analysis, internal controls and continuous improvement of innovation and development processes. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, commercial/sales, finance) to ensure process integration with strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Technology or related fields. • 3–5 years of experience in corporate processes, project management or continuous improvement (mid-level). • Practical knowledge of the Lei do Bem (tax incentives for innovation) and experience operationalizing it will be an important differentiator. • Experience with PDSA/PDCA methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma or similar. • Skills in process mapping (BPMN or similar) and creating technical documentation. • Analytical capability, attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to work across multiple areas.
