• Work on projects, enhancements and support for the SAP IS-U/CCS environment; • Lead initiatives related to the SAP FI-CA module (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable); • Elicit, analyze and detail business requirements; • Conduct functional analyses and propose solutions aligned with client needs; • Work on billing, revenue collection, debt collection, accounting and financial management processes; • Ensure integration between FI-CA and other SAP IS-U modules, such as Billing, Device Management and CRM; • Support the definition of implementation strategies, improvements and process evolution; • Coordinate functional activities and assist with the distribution and prioritization of requests; • Monitor deliveries, validations and deployments, ensuring quality and compliance; • Act as the functional focal point with business areas and technical teams; • Participate in governance, planning and project monitoring meetings; • Ensure adherence to regulations and the specific requirements of the Utilities sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. • Strong knowledge of the SAP FI-CA module (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable); • Experience in SAP projects, improvements and support; • Knowledge of billing, revenue collection, debt collection and accounting processes; • Experience with integrations between FI-CA and other SAP IS-U modules; • Functional knowledge of the Billing, Device Management and CRM modules; • Experience in the Utilities sector; • Experience leading functional teams and coordinating activities; • Ability to conduct meetings, align stakeholders and prioritize requests; • Practical knowledge of SAP Activate • Experience in projects for companies in the energy and utilities segment, such as CPFL, EDP or similar; • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project; • Additional certifications in SAP IS-U, SAP Activate or management methodologies; • Experience in complex, large-scale environments.
