• This is a remote position. • Selected HR Trainee/Interns will source required profiles for vacancies through various platforms. • Interact with professionals on niche platforms and social media. • Work on cold calling candidates to meet hiring requirements. • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements. • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates. • Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles. • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and databases. • Measure HR Analytics reports on recruiting metrics. • Manage and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects. • Research various domain and industry trends to understand manpower requirements. • Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced environment adhering to deadlines. • Conduct telephonic or video interviews of sourced candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• Qualification required: Under Graduates or Post graduates. • Bachelor’s or master's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field (Students undergoing education can also apply). • Good written and verbal communication. • Willingness to learn. • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. • Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work. • Strong interest in recruitment.
