📋 Description

• Provide high-level technical support for FLEXCEL NX products to customers remotely or on-site • Perform day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and proactive services • Develop technical strategies and practices to maintain and grow plate volume in designated accounts • Provide customer pre-sales support and technical consultation with the sales team • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations • Coordinate and analyze initial and ongoing print trials and compile detailed internal and external reports • Conduct pre-installation surveys and site audits at prospective accounts • Install, start up, and train customers on flexo plate-making solutions • Support flexo and packaging solution issues and Best Practice implementation • Conduct regularly scheduled Plate Room Audits at customer sites • Initiate and follow up on Product Investigation Reports for field product issues • Support Alpha and Beta programs for upcoming products with selected customers • Perform remote support using dedicated escalation tools • Deliver preventive maintenance and Plate Room Audit services at customer sites • Report to the Regional Technical Support Manager / Regional Service Manager - LAR

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the printing prepress industry • Strong writing skills for summarizing technical situations and recommended path forward • Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to follow instructions and interact with high-level support roles • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple goals and priorities • Customer-focused Service Excellence attitude • Proficiency with internal service systems such as Salesforce/M3 • In-depth technical knowledge of flexographic equipment, including imagers and process equipment • Kodak equipment and laminators knowledge ideally; competitor systems knowledge and flexography OEM relationships advantageous • Minimum 5 years of experience in flexographic printing service or general printing service • Track record of high-quality performance and results • Hands-on field experience with relatively little supervision • PC skills, including basic Excel and PowerPoint • Self-starter, highly motivated, curious, and interested in learning additional skills
