📋 Description

• Manage files from start to finish and support clients throughout the conveyancing process • Handle client enquiries, preparing documents, completing settlements, and liaising with internal teams and external parties • Follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality and data protection standards, and deliver work with a high level of accuracy and quality

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian conveyancing • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service • At least 2 years direct customer contact (written and phone based) experience working with AU, NZ, US or UK customers • Strong written and verbal skills for regular communications to various stakeholders, including team members and clients • Proficiency in Actionstep, PEXA and M365 applications.
