📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Network-as-Code, Infrastructure-as-Code, and GitOps solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Git • Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for network infrastructure with automated testing, dry-run validation, approval gates, and security/compliance checks • Design, deploy, and support Kubernetes networking architectures using Project Calico, OVN, VXLAN overlays, network policies, container networking, and physical underlay integration • Lead the design, modernization, and review of enterprise network architectures covering BGP, OSPF, data center networking, multi-site routing, and high availability • Serve as Tier-4 escalation engineer for complex network incidents and troubleshoot overlay/underlay failures, asymmetric routing, microbursts, path selection issues, and performance bottlenecks • Lead root cause analysis and drive long-term remediation and continuous improvement initiatives • Implement Security-as-Code by automating validation and enforcement of ACLs, firewall policies, security groups, and configuration standards • Collaborate across engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams on global client projects

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Network Automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, or Platform Engineering • Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls • Hands-on expertise with F5 or equivalent load balancers • Experience with MPLS, OSPF, and BGP routing • Experience with Cisco Nexus 9k/7k/5k/2k switching • Working knowledge of Cisco IOS, with Nexus OS preferred • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Python • Experience with Netmiko, Nornir, and NAPALM • Expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, data center networking, and overlay/underlay architectures • Experience designing and operating Kubernetes networking, including Project Calico, OVN, VXLAN, and Kubernetes CNI • Hands-on experience with GitOps and GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in production enterprise environments • Experience with telecommunications technologies, SIP, RTP, SBC, SIP trunking, and VoIP architectures is preferred • Knowledge of Linux networking, network namespaces, virtual interfaces, eBPF, and iptables • Experience with Telemetry-as-Code, network observability, automated validation frameworks, and proactive monitoring • Experience with cloud networking, infrastructure modernization, or large-scale network transformation • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
