📋 Description

• Work with dedicated product teams to ensure products meet customers’ unmet needs • Serve as an ambassador of quality and instill a testing mindset within the team • Create automated testing plans and strategies • Coach software engineers and Associate Software Test Engineers on automated testing • Solve complex testing issues and work alongside software engineers to improve software quality • Recommend improvements to software development processes • Perform routine testing work independently • Create and oversee medium-complexity test plans from design through completion • Resolve technical testing challenges with senior team input • Identify and address product testing gaps • Design reusable regression test plans • Develop team automation strategies and add automated tests to existing frameworks • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Product Analysts • Perform exploratory testing • Conduct manual and automated security testing • Monitor quality, raise awareness of quality gaps, and drive resolution • Help implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines • Participate in knowledge sharing and Communities of Practice discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience testing software • Demonstrated experience building tests from scratch without an existing framework • Working knowledge of an object-oriented language, preferably C# • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience writing SQL queries, including joins • Experience testing APIs • Experience testing consumer-facing web applications • Deep knowledge of software testing best practices in an agile environment • Experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service Clouds • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery fundamentals • Adaptability and willingness to learn • Strong curiosity and ownership of assigned tasks • Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative team environment • Effective and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
