📋 Description

• Work on patented technology enabling smartphone-camera creation of interactive 3D models with detailed measurements and advanced design capabilities • Develop and deliver intuitive, high-performing back-end and front-end solutions • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to align project goals and refine requirements • Evaluate technical approaches, discuss tradeoffs, and recommend solutions for complex challenges • Develop and refine full-stack services, applications, and tools using Ruby on Rails and React • Optimize application performance and scalability • Define, develop, and roll out new features with product managers and technical experts • Develop and integrate back-end and front-end components • Ensure seamless interaction between Ruby on Rails services and React applications • Identify process improvements, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and implement best practices to improve system efficiency and team productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying web applications • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs • Ability to design efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces for internal and external use • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Proficiency in cloud-based environments such as AWS and Google Cloud • Experience building scalable applications supporting complex workflows • Experience building and growing products from initial launch through maturity • Proven ability to take features from concept through planning, development, testing, and final delivery • Team leadership experience guiding engineers • Experience working in an engineering-driven organization • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal • React Native mobile experience is nice to have
