📋 Description

• Contribute to the next generation of the client’s SaaS platform, leveraging AI to improve customer service in the Contact Center • Design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable microservices • Apply cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to solve complex platform challenges • Gain deep knowledge of existing systems and contribute to their design and modernization • Provide production support by troubleshooting and diving deep into the software stack • Collaborate with peers in a high-performing team environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience in Java with Spring Boot • 3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms; GCP preferred, AWS or Azure accepted • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Proven experience designing and building highly available, scalable applications • Strong understanding of cloud design principles, virtualization, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, event processing, large-scale data storage, and security • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is nice to have • Hands-on experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, App Engine, and Cloud SQL is nice to have • Familiarity with Continuous Delivery practices, including development, testing, deployment, and management on GCP is nice to have
