📋 Description

• Test the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution • Support and improve existing test automation • Identify and troubleshoot defects • Validate new features • Ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality • Collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA • Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure • Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems • Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing • Troubleshooting and analytical skills • Basic log analysis • Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar) • Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux • Experience with JavaScript (nice to have) • Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java (desirable) • Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance) (desirable) • Experience with high-volume transactional systems (a plus)
