📋 Description

• Develop and maintain our core systems: internal ERP (Python/Flask), candidate and employer platforms (Next.js/TypeScript), and industry portals • Expand our AI layer: automated candidate qualification, semantic matching based on embeddings (PostgreSQL/pgvector), and AI-powered communication via WhatsApp and voice agents • Build automations that reduce operational work for the team (AWS Lambda, data pipelines, workflow tools) • Make technical decisions independently — from architecture to deployment • Work closely with executive management and see directly how your work impacts the business

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Python (ideally Flask) and/or Next.js/TypeScript • Knowledge of relational databases, experience with PostgreSQL, and ideally exposure to vector/embedding-based systems (pgvector or similar) • Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS) • Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) as part of your workflow • Independent working style; able to make decisions without close supervision • Fluent German and clear communication skills, including remote and asynchronous communication
