📋 Description

• Portfolio Management: Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. • Project Planning: Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies. • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability. • Stakeholder Communication: Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly. • Resource Optimization: Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing. • Risk & Change Management: Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed. • Financial Tracking: Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records. • Quality & Frameworks: Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope. • Performance Reviews: Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce environment. • Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment. • Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication. • Ability to create project plans from SOWs and manage through execution in a high-volume services delivery environment. • Experienced user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar. • Bonus Points If You Have: • PMP or CSM certification • Experience with Salesforce • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or integration
