• 7+ years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment • 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, specifically hiring for highly technical B2B sellers • 2+ years of candidate sourcing experience • Passion for staying on top of recruiting market trends, and constantly looking to enhance and evolve their strategic approach to hiring • Direct knowledge and experience sourcing from target companies and the technical ecosystem from where Mixpanel would want to hire top talent • Proven successful track record of producing outcomes by hitting sourcing targets, hiring goals, and exceeding expectations • Strong stakeholder management experience, with an ability to provide excellent guidance and support GTM leaders in up-leveling their teams through hiring • Demonstrated experience raising the talent and hiring bar for organizations
