📋 Description

• Responsible for the implementation and configuration of our core data integration platforms • Collaborate closely with application development to ensure smooth application operations • Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for incidents • Manage service providers and implementation partners for enhancements of the affected systems, including interfaces • Create technical designs and coordinate their implementation • Contribute expertise during the implementation of demands and projects and support the operational handover

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent vocational qualification with relevant professional experience • Experience operating systems for data integration, APIs, and technical interfaces • Knowledge of IT service management • Independent working style with strong self-motivation to continuously improve existing IT services • Strong consulting skills and goal-oriented communication abilities • Interest in project management and working with agile methodologies • Business-fluent German and solid written and spoken English
