📋 Description

• Responsible for implementing and configuring the Workday HR (People & Culture) system. • Advise the business unit on the application under your responsibility and ensure smooth application operations. • Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for incidents. • Manage service providers and implementation partners for incidents and enhancements of the assigned system, including interfaces. • Write technical concepts and coordinate their implementation. • Contribute expertise to the execution of demands and projects and support the operational handover.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable vocational qualification with relevant IT experience. • Experience in application management/operations for Workday HR (People & Culture). • Ideally, initial exposure to Workday Financials (Workday FIN). • Knowledge of IT service management. • Independent working style with strong self-motivation to continuously improve existing IT services. • Strong consulting skills and effective communication abilities. • Interest in project management and working with agile methodologies. • Business-fluent German and solid written and spoken English.
