📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the IT applications at Messe München • Planning and adherence to the IT service budget and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs/SLAs) • Management of contracts and statements of work for IT services • Continuous improvement and further development of IT services in collaboration with IT providers • Responsible for compliance with IT service management requirements and monitoring process standards • Ensuring process effectiveness and handling escalation management as Incident Manager • Point of contact and implementer for operational matters within projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or a completed vocational qualification with relevant professional experience • Experience in application operations and a good overview of common market applications • Experience applying ITIL processes, particularly in Service Portfolio Management • Ideally ITIL v3 certification • High resilience and a confident, assertive manner when dealing with external providers and internal stakeholders • Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English
