📋 Description

• Administer and configure Jira and Confluence environments • Manage user access, groups, and project roles • Create and maintain custom workflows, issue types, screens, fields, filters, dashboards • Develop and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation • Assist in integrating Jira with tools (Slack, HubSpot, etc.) • Support and train users on Jira best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration (workflows, schemes, permissions, dashboards) • Experience with automation tools • Experience with query languages • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns • Good communication skills and stakeholder support mindset • English proficiency (B2+)
