• Conduct video and text consultations with prospective clients • Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate legal services • Build trust through a consultative sales approach • Explain legal services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding procedures • Process client payments using approved methods • Maintain accurate notes in the firm’s CRM and documentation systems • Follow intake protocols, legal updates, and department procedures • Manage high-volume follow-up calls and meetings • Collaborate with Sales Leads, Case Analysts, and internal teams • Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and performance goals • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish; C1/C2 English • 2+ years of experience in Legal Intake, Case Consulting, Sales Closing, or a similar consultative closer sales role • 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience • Experience selling to US clients via phone or Zoom • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals • Must be based in LATAM and work PST hours • Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities • Experience working in KPI- and metrics-driven sales environments • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Interest in Immigration or Criminal Defense law preferred • Bachelor’s or Law degree or equivalent professional experience preferred • CRM experience with Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms • Self-motivated, coachable, competitive, and results-driven • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Availability for a rotating schedule, including weekends • Ability to receive payments in USD via PayPal • Dependable laptop or desktop with at least 16GB RAM and Core i5 or higher • Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
