📋 Description

• Ensure maintenance and repair of stairlifts, mobility scooters, home lifts, and bath and shower installations • Explain to customers how installed products work • Participate periodically in on-call service for breakdowns • Represent Mobilae as an ambassador to customers • Advise customers on products and offer a service contract

🎯 Requirements

• Training in electricity, courses in electrical installations and/or a level 3 technician qualification in electrical troubleshooting or electrotechnics • Comfort with plumbing work • Valid driving license B • Knowledge of mechanics is an asset • You speak French and can make yourself understood in English • Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset • Service-oriented with strong customer focus • Flexibility • Assertiveness and ease in communication • Neat appearance • Ability to work independently • High empathy • Stress resistance and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Good listening and understanding skills • Precision and appreciation of teamwork • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to fully satisfy the customer
