• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing. • Monitor and analy s e campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to meet World Mobile’s goals and KPIs • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and conversions. • Review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel strategy • Become the face of our performance channels, p rovid ing regular reports and presentations on campaign performance to senior management.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a digital marketing or demand-gen role • Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). • Experience with Meta, X and TikTok Ads Managers • Strong mix of both creative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities • Growth mindset, pushing the boundaries and not just adhering to the status quo • Impeccable levels of organisation and attention to detail • A passion for World Mobile’s vision and values • Right to work in the UK
