📋 Description

• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store • You strike the right balance between demand-driven purchasing and efficient sales • Together with your team, you present products attractively • You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team • You are responsible for the service counters

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist sales clerk in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher • Ideally, a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably some leadership experience at service counters • Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
