📋 Description

• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store • You ensure product availability • You present products attractively • You advise and serve customers individually and warmly • You are responsible for the optimal performance of refrigerated units and freezers • You plan staffing to motivate and further develop employees

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-products area or as a butcher • Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably some leadership experience at service counters • Excellent knowledge of sausages, meat, cheese and fish products • Sociable, responsible team-player personality
