The product is distributed in the European Union through a distributor (2KERR) and the company provides sales, service, and support from its Manchester, NH office.

📋 Description

• Partner with clinicians to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate ibot® configurations • Conduct Complex Rehab Technology assessments and home environment evaluations • Deliver devices, ensure proper equipment fit, and provide hands‑on user training • Demonstrate product operation and ensure safe, effective use of the ibot® PMD • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with clinicians, rehab facilities, and community partners • Identify new opportunities to expand awareness and adoption of the ibot® PMD • Conduct in‑services, product demonstrations, and educational sessions • Review seating specifications and orders for accuracy • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth configuration, delivery, and follow‑through • Assist with insurance documentation and processes as needed • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events • Uphold RESNA's Code of Ethics and all company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Current ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the test • Hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities • Valid driver license • 1–3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehab technology, a rehab facility, clinic, DME environment, or other applicable environments • Experience with CRMs (Atlas, Salesforce or HubSpot)
