📋 Description

• You are fully responsible for digital marketing projects from end to end — from planning and execution through to go-live • You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure quality, budget and timing are met • You serve as the primary point of contact for clients and run projects with clear communication and reliability • You advise clients strategically, refine project approaches and proactively identify sensible next steps • You independently prepare proposals, manage project scope and ensure transparent invoicing • You set priorities, create structure and maintain a respectful, peer-level working environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managing digital projects, ideally in a digital agency • Professional focus in UI/UX design or in SEO/content; you are also well familiar with the other discipline • Degree or comparable qualification in marketing, communications or project management • Solid practical experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and common collaboration tools such as Miro • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal competence — fluent in German and English, and committed to a respectful working style
