• - Design High-performing Ad Creative • - Design visually compelling Meta ad creatives that drive engagement and meet performance goals, leveraging best practices in digital advertising. Assets are often limited, so creativity is key. • - Provide Design Support Across Teams • - Contribute to a variety of design projects, including landing pages, Amazon content, website graphics, packaging, and other initiatives. • - Rapidly Implement Feedback • - Adapt and refine designs promptly in response to team and client feedback. • - Efficiently Manage Multiple Projects • - Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising attention to detail or quality. • - Ensure Consistency in Brand Identity • - Uphold and strengthen brand integrity by applying guidelines across all designs, creating cohesive visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• - Proven experience in performance marketing design, particularly in creating Meta ads. • - Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad designs and other relevant projects. • - Proficiency design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) • - Understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation and A/B testing. • - Strong organizational and communication skills. • - Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. • - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
