📋 Description

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being • Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information • Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance • Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology • Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests • Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video • Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case • Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems • Thrive in a fast-paced, continuously learning environment, improving skills and delivering excellent care • Live and breathe the company values: curiosity, integrity, excellence, accountability, and respect

🎯 Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician • At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required) • Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms • Exceptional communicator: able to clearly articulate medical information, both verbally and in writing • Adaptable problem solver: thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Independent worker: manages priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision • Continuous learner: eager to grow professionally to improve patient care • Dedicated work environment: has a quiet, distraction-free space and meets the internet requirements (Minimum ISP parameters: >100mb_down, >100mb_up, <10ms latency)
