• Engaging daily with clients and teammates to build and sustain positive relationships • Monitoring device readings and managing inbound calls • Assessing patient alerts and determining response requirements • Entering patient information into appropriate systems • Explaining products or services and answering client questions • Assisting with enrollment of new clients and supporting existing clients • Troubleshooting devices and reporting malfunctions • Participating in other projects or duties as assigned
• High School Diploma required • Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience • LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred • Call Center experience preferred • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • An energetic pace along with a positive attitude • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time.
